• Faculty and staff honors:
-Tamara Kinzer-Ursem, assistant professor of biomedical engineering, received the 2015 Outstanding Alumni Award from the University of Toledo Bioengineering Department. The award recognizes alumni from the UT College of Engineering that have made significant contributions to their respective fields. As part of the recognition, Kinzer-Ursem gave a talk to bioengineering undergraduate and graduate students on her career path in research and academia.
