Purdue slates major announcement for Feb. 18

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - On Wednesday (Feb. 18) Purdue University will make an announcement that will have significant impact on fostering ground-breaking research, expanding high-tech job growth throughout Indiana as well as nationally and globally, and enhancing opportunities for students.
The announcement and celebration will be at 2:30 p.m. in the Neil Armstrong Hall of Engineering’s Kurz Atrium. Purdue President Mitch Daniels will speak at the event along with representatives from areas at the university that will be impacted.
There will be a media availability at the conclusion of the announcement event.
In addition, Purdue will have a related news release, photos and video available after the announcement.
