February 23, 2015

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. — The Center for Integrated Thermal Management of Aerospace Vehicles on Tuesday (Feb. 24) will announce a new partnership with some of the nation’s industry leaders.

The announcement will be at 3 p.m. in Kurz Atrium of Armstrong Hall of Engineering.

The center was launched last year with funding from the Aerospace Systems Directorate of the U.S. Air Force Research Laboratory. Purdue’s School of Aeronautics and Astronautics has led the creation of an industry consortium as part of the center.

The center is working to create temperature-control technologies for dynamic energy systems on aerospace vehicles.
