Reading with Patricia Henley and Elizabeth Stuckey-French

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. — Writers Patricia Henley and Elizabeth Stuckey-French will read from their new young adult novel, "Where Wicked Starts," on Thursday (Oct. 23) as part of the 2014-2015 Literary Reading Series at Purdue University.

The reading is at 7:30 p.m. in Krannert Auditorium, Room 140. This event, sponsored by the Department of English and the Creative Writing Program, is free and open to the public.

Henley, a former Purdue creative writing professor, is the author of "Friday Night at Silver Star," "The Secret of Cartwheels," "Hummingbird House," "Worship of the Common Heart," and "In the River Sweet."

Stuckey-French, who teaches at Florida State University's creative writing program, is the author of "The Revenge of the Radioactive Lady," "Mermaids on the Moon," and "The First Paper Girl in Red Oak, Iowa."
