Purdue police investigating use of credit card reportedly stolen from vehicle

Purdue police want help in identifying this man and woman in relation to the reported use of a stolen credit card. Anyone with information is asked to call the police department.

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - Purdue University police have released a photo of a man and a woman in connection to the use of a credit card that was allegedly stolen on Sept. 20 from a parked vehicle in the Marsteller Street Parking Garage on campus.

West Lafayette police also reported thefts from vehicles around the same date, said Purdue police Lt. Fred Davis.

Anyone who can identify the people in the photo or with any information is asked to call the Purdue Police Department at 765-494-8221. The WeTip anonymous hotline, which is used by all Greater Lafayette law enforcement agencies, also is available at 1-800-78CRIME (1-800-782-7463).
