NEW ALBANY, Ind. - EnterScape™, an industrial utility monitoring company headquartered at the Purdue Research Park of Southeast Indiana, has hired John Seymer as its director of business development.

Seymer previously had been an account manager at Jeffersonville, Ind.-based United Technologies Aerospace Systems. At EnterScape, he will develop and grow the company's client base, oversee account managers and work with the company's software development team.

Mark Raisor, chief operating officer at EnterScape, said Seymer will push for innovations in the company's tools.

"John not only has a passion for working with customers to solve problems, but he also has the intuition to see future opportunities to help clients grow their business," Raisor said. "He is a true leader with a clear vision for growth and success, and he has the skills and determination to make it happen."

Seymer said EnterScape is among the industry leaders in the industrial and commercial data management sector.

"To remain successful, EnterScape will need to continue providing and developing the kind of decision-making tools that make it possible for clients to operate more efficiently, safely and with less impact on the environment," Seymer said.
