Wayne Snyder, Ryan Bowman and Betty Dexter
Wayne Snyder, Ryan Bowman and Betty Dexter: Brown Laboratory of Chemistry has a broken freight elevator for many months now, and the elevator shop has provided two men to run the crippled elevator on an appointment basis in that time. These workers come over at odd times of day, often to give only one load a ride. Betty Dexter in the Chemistry Shop augments this service by taking appointments and providing a single point of coordination with the Elevator Shop. I missed having a load ready for my appointed ride. Wayne Snyder and Ryan Bowman, instead of returning to the shop, contacted Betty to find me.
