Service Center in MATH B22

Service Center in MATH B22: First, they sent a person over to meet with me in my meeting room where I could not get the sound to work during a meeting-prep time. Then, they offered me a piece of equipment that would work and they helped train me on that equipment and dropped it off in person on the day of the meeting.
