Ron Lehman (IT Infrastructure Services), Ashley Burgess (IT Infrastructure Services), Phil Knobloch, Tighe Lucy, and Joe Freeman (all IT Customer Relations and Process Management): I would like to thank these individuals and their respective teams for their work on completing the new home for the Academic Success Center and Supplemental Instruction staff in Wiley Hall. Ron and Ashley helped get the network connections up and running, despite the delay in construction. Phil, Ron and Joe planned and installed a great AV package for the new Supplemental Instruction space and had it up and running as planned. As always, it is a privilege to have such dedicated and dependable colleagues on campus that are true professionals in their work and understand the important role they play in the success of students.
