Lucero Jones (Business Office Engineering): Tuition remission in a time of crisis. Our business office lost the gal who took care of monthly payroll and the tuition remits for the graduate students. Lucero Jones, ENE's business manager, jumped in and got it taken care of in a very timely manner.
