Larry French (IT Customer Relations and Process Management): I would like to thank Larry French for his excellent customer service in relation to BoilerCast. Recently, one of my program’s committees needed to record multiple vendor presentations. I’d never used BoilerCast, and Larry outlined the operations behind the service and what I could expect. He patiently answered my questions and assured me of the reliability of the tool. Our recordings for the Purdue community could not have been possible without Larry and the BoilerCast service.
