Ed Dunn (IT Customer Relations): Ed's communication and recommendations for Extension's ANR seminar series are deeply appreciated. We've had the seminars recorded, and his staff has been professional and courteous in getting the recordings done. Plus, our recordings are available the day after to disseminate to staff.
