School of Aviation and Transportation Technology Business Office: I am writing to let you know how grateful I am to have our wonderful business office. I have been in the secretary V position with SATT for 30 days; everyone in the business office has been so patient and kind. More than once there has been an "emergency" that has popped up where I have needed immediate help, and without their timely assistance, it could have spelled disaster. Yesterday we had such a situation. Emily Haygood put everything on hold to assist me in this urgent problem, and there is no way I could have resolved it in a timely fashion without her input and help. Ruth Simpson has been absolutely wonderful in her patience and training with me. She has never once made me to feel as though I was inconveniencing her in any way with my many (many!) questions in my first 30 days with the school.
