Richard Badders and Phil Qualio

Richard Badders (Operations and Maintenance) and Phil Qualio (College of Engineering): When an electrical issue came up in Neil Armstrong Hall at noon on a Friday, Richard and his team quickly were on site to assess the issue. When it was determined that a part had to be ordered and we would have to have a short-notice power shutdown on a Saturday to fix the problem, Richard and his team were quick to help educate the departments of the impending power outage and fixed the issue as promised on that Saturday.
