IRB staff: The helpful analysts Jennifer Riddick and Jill Wallace and administrative assistant Shelly Decker have proven super supportive in helping speed up the learning curve with the new(ish) COEUSLite. Submitting IRBs can be frustrating; explaining research in social sciences remains a challenge for inexperienced researchers. Repeatedly, analysts and staff from IRB take the time to listen and streamline this process. Thanks to their support, I am better able to explain my research, and process of approval has decreased dramatically. I still grumble about the new online IRBs system, but thanks to the analysts' supportive efforts, a complicated process has become more manageable and almost pleasant. The human touch in navigating the vital IRB process can not be overlooked, and these helpful people deserve a "Thumbs Up" for all their often unseen efforts. Thank you. – R.
