Shannon Harvey (Digital Education): Shannon was kind enough to volunteer to monitor the shared mailboxes over the winter shutdown. This allowed participants in non-credit, online programs to have passwords reset and have assistance if they had problems accessing non-credit course materials during the holiday recess. Thank you, Shannon, for your willingness to do this. I am glad that it was not too busy and no major problems occurred.
