Cookie Rosa (IT Infrastructure Services): Cookie, who works in the telecommunications area, is always very pleasant. She is patient and informative, and willing to "go the extra mile" to be sure you get what you need and that you know how to perform a new procedure. She will return your calls and respond to your requests. She is the epitome of what is meant by "customer service."
