Andrea Stanis (IT Customer Relations): Andrea has assisted me on mutiple occasions. First, she helped recommend a solution to a computer need promptly, courteously and professionally. Most recently, she helped me when my computer had some problems during a recent upgrade to Lync. I was no longer able to get into the system. I use Lync frequently to communicate with my colleagues. Andrea took her time to figure out the problem and then get me back into the system. After Lync was up and running then I was unable to get into my Outlook. She stepped back in and helped me correct that problem. Overall this was about 30 minutes of her day that she spent getting me back up and running and it was much appreciated.
