Keith Corbin (Office of the Registrar): I have been struggling with using Cognos to generate reports on a daily basis in the way that I need them. I literally had to run the reports on a daily basis and then I spent hours trying to figure out how to make them run automatically on a daily basis so that I did not have to do it and send them out. I asked a few people to help me. We would walk through the procedures and they still would not work properly. I was given Keith's name and he came to my office and helped.
