Bill Davis and the IT Customer Relations team: I would like to extend two thumbs up to Bill Davis and the IT Customer Relations team! I recently started working at Purdue, and I have been blown away by the level of customer service and response time of this team. If I send an email to Bill, within minutes he responds and starts to solve the issue. Jessica with the ITaP Customer Service is always friendly, helpful and quick to get a solution.
