Patty Riley (IT Customer Relations): Patty Riley, a clerk in IT Customer Relations, provides excellent customer service and has on many occasions saved me from disaster. Not only does Patty ensure that I have what I need when I need it, but she goes above and beyond her job responsibilities. Patty identifies my future events, contacts me, and checks to see that I have everything I need.
