Tom Coleman (Purdue Dining): During the snowstorm, Tom took my call to inquire about options to get food for the Veterinary Teaching Hospital essential personnel while they worked. Tom not only was at work during the snowstorm, but he offered five-star customer service and worked with me to coordinate a food order and payment.
