Sheryl Bower (Administrative Computing): Sheryl Bower has demonstrated outstanding customer service to our department time after time. She was the project lead for upgrading our training software, which required working with the vendor extensively. She was so patient with our requests and many desired changes throughout the process. By the time all was said and done, she was able to get upgrades to our upgrade and completed the install before the deadline -- and very efficiently!
