Ruth Ann Bowles (Printing Services): Technology had a printing order that was submitted in a timely order to Printing Services. The finished product was not the correct size, so Ruth Ann and her staff made sure we got the right-sized printing completed. Her staff hand-delivered the final product the morning it was needed.
