Mike Johnson
Mike Johnson (Technical Assistance Program): Our office is currently going through a Continuous Improvement project for our public workshop events. In this process, we determined that some of the daily tasks required by staff could possibly be completed by our internal database (automating much of the tasks). Bringing Mike to the conversation has brought our Future State ("dream state") to a reality. He has not told us that we "could not do that." He has worked hard to tweak the database to fit the needs of this huge project. Soon, most of what we did manually will all be completed automatically by our database system.
