Sue Provo (Freehafer Operations): The Card Services Office needed a complicated purchase order with many line items and G/L accounts entered into SRM in a hurry. Sue was tagged to do the job because our normal contact was ironically in SRM training and Sue was in close proximity at Freehafer. Even though our need had nothing to do with her job, she took almost an hour out of her day to make sure the order was entered correctly and ready for approval.
