Duane Peters and Robert Royer (Printing Services):
 Duane Peters and Robert Royer went above and beyond their job responsibilities when they delivered 36 boxes of brochures. Their instructions said to leave the boxes on the Matthews Hall dock (it was raining). I asked if they could deliver them inside of Matthews Hall to a specific room, and I asked them to put the 36 boxes in a specific order. It was after 5 p.m. They graciously did what I asked. Their cooperation and willingness helped me more than they know -- because of a medical condition, I am not allowed to lift more than 20 pounds.
