Scott Ballew (IT Systems and Operations): Scott has been an invaluable resource in assisting my DBA Team with firewall changes so that they are able to connect to the resources that they need to administer as well as stay connected with email and IM clients. This is something that he does without complaint and is always my first go-to guy when I have a question about how the network connects to various resources.
