Julie Kercher-Updike, Rhonda Kerr and Robin French (IT Customer Relations, Business Services Training and Communication Center, and Office of the President): Rhonda, Julie and Robin responded to an urgent request to create a new information management tool. They dropped what they were doing and developed an innovative, easy-to-use SharePoint application that will serve this specific project very well and is a model for future projects of this type.
