PMO to present 84th annual Purdue Christmas Show
Purdue Musical Organizations will present four public performances of the 84th annual Purdue Christmas Show on Saturday and Sunday (Dec. 2-3).
“The Purdue Christmas Show has been the benchmark of holiday traditions for many people for more than 80 years,” says Bill Griffel, director of Purdue Musical Organizations. “The show blends message with song to create a spectacular holiday experience for all who come to share in the fun.”
More than 300 campus and community performers will be featured in the show including members of PMO's Purdue Varsity Glee Club, Purduettes, Purdue Bells, University Choir, Heart & Soul, All Campus & Community Chorale and the PMO Kids Choir, which consists of area children.
Performances are scheduled for noon, 4 and 8 p.m. Saturday, and 2 p.m. Sunday in Purdue’s Elliott Hall of Music. Tickets are $35 for adults; $27 for seniors age 65 and older; $20 for students age 13 through college; and $12 for children age 12 and under.
