One to One Health to send important email regarding Center for Healthy Living patient portal

Recently, One to One Health -- the new vendor at the Center for Healthy Living on Purdue's West Lafayette campus --attempted to send personalized information about the patient portal and how to access it to benefits-eligible faculty, staff and covered spouses. However, the messages are believed to have been caught in most recipients' spam filters.

In order to ensure that individuals receive this important information, One to One Health will resend the messages. Human Resources asks faculty and staff to be aware and look for the message that will be sent from Center for Healthy Living <no-reply@eclinicalmail.com> with the subject line of "Purdue Center for Healthy Living – Patient portal access information."

The patient portal allows individuals the opportunity to communicate with the center conveniently from anywhere there is internet access. Through the portal, patients can:

* Ask questions of doctors, nurses, and staff members.

* Request prescription refills and referrals.

* Set up appointments.

* Examine current and past statements.

The center is open for medical visits 7 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Fridays. Lab hours are 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. To contact the center, call 765-494-0111. For medical consultation after hours or on weekends, contact the Anthem NurseLine at 888-279-5449 for assistance or use LiveHealth Online for a virtual appointment.

Questions about the portal or the Center for Healthy Living can be directed to Human Resources at 765-494-2222 or hr@purdue.edu
