Castlight shares enhancements, incentive promotion to solicit provider reviews

Castlight, a free service for Purdue employees and their covered spouses and adult children that can help find high-quality health care at affordable prices based on location and other search criteria, has updated its mobile app and website. In addition, an incentive promotion is being launched July 11 and will run through July 25 with the goal of soliciting health care provider reviews.

Incentive promotion

Castlight wants your opinion. Rate or review your health care provider (any health care provider is eligible to be reviewed) for a chance to win a $200 Visa gift card.  Those already registered with Castlight can simply submit the review. Employees who have not yet registered with Castlight must first register for a Castlight account before submitting their provider review. Entries can be submitted anytime from July 11 to July 25. Watch your email on July 11 for detailed instructions from Castlight on how to enter.

Mobile app and website updates

Additionally, Castlight has updated its mobile app and website.

The new Castlight app offers a new look and feel and provides enhancements that make it even easier to access medical care and information. Install the Castlight mobile app for health care information at your fingertips.

Castlight’s website features a revamp in regard to look, feel and function of the “your profile,” “navigation” and “search” features.
