Butler Center to hold 'Conversations about Inclusion' series

The Butler Center is introducing a new series called "Conversations about Inclusion" this fall. The main goal of this series is to facilitate thinking about inclusion on campus. While panelists may use scholarly research and literature and/or experiences, it may be relevant to think of strategies and initiatives that facilitate inclusion. Faculty, staff and students are welcome to attend.

The first topic in the series is titled "Diversity versus Inclusion" and will be at noon-1:30 p.m. Friday (Sept. 15) in Stewart Center, Room 320. The panelists are Valeria Chapman, associate professor of political science; Ayse Ciftci, associate professor educational studies; and Joan Fulton, professor of agricultural economics.

Registration for the first session is available online.
