Human Resources announces new customer service locations

During April, Human Resources staff in Freehafer Hall moved to the Kurz Purdue Technology Center (KPTC) in the Purdue Research Park in preparation for Freehafer's demolition. In order to continue to provide customer service on campus, Human Resources will offer a second office location in Stewart Center, Room G66, beginning Tuesday (May 16). 

Faculty, staff and retirees will have access to benefits and retirement counseling at both locations.

The Stewart Center office will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Friday. The office is located on the same level as the Undergrounds café entrance and the tunnel from Stewart Center to Purdue Memorial Union. Signage is in place to help direct visitors to the office.

Appointments are strongly encouraged for both locations to ensure availability of staff and can be scheduled by calling 765-494-2222 or emailing hr@purdue.edu. Benefits will try to accommodate walk-in customers at both locations, but appointments are recommended whenever possible.

Individuals who have limited mobility may find the KPTC location easier to navigate with regard to parking and entry to the building.
