Purdue Policy Research Institute to offer Policy Brief Writing Workshop

Discovery Park's Purdue Policy Research Institute will present a Policy Brief Writing Workshop from 11 a.m. to noon March 21 at Honors College and Residences North, Room 1143.

Faculty, staff and students are invited to the workshop, which will focus on the how-tos of policy brief writing and dissemination to broaden the audience and use of discoveries.

Tyler Spence, postdoctoral policy fellow at PPRI, will give the presentation. Laurel Weldon, director of PPRI and Distinguished Professor of Political Science; Leigh Raymond, director of Purdue's Center for the Environment and professor of political science; and David Johnson, assistant professor of industrial engineering and political science, will provide examples and participate in the workshop's Q&A.
