Poster applications now available for Undergraduate Research and Poster Symposium

Undergraduate students have until March 10 to apply to present a poster at the 2017 Undergraduate Research and Poster Symposium.

The Undergraduate Research and Poster Symposium at 1 to 5 p.m. April 11 in Purdue Memorial Union's North and South Ballrooms will showcase the research of undergraduate students and is open to the public. Participation in the Undergraduate Research and Poster Symposium earns recognition on the Purdue co-curricular transcript. Cash prizes will be awarded from each college/school participating, as well as Best Abstract and People's Choice categories.

Undergraduate researchers are encouraged to participate. Being directly involved in the process of discovery, along with the feedback from judges and other student participants during the symposium, will be invaluable to future presentations.

To apply or to learn more about the event, visit www.purdue.edu/research/Ugrad. The website also features a listing of available undergraduate research opportunities, resources and undergraduate student researcher profiles.

The Undergraduate Research and Poster Symposium is organized by the Office of the Provost.
