PERF members may receive call to discuss customer satisfaction

In the last two weeks of January, Purdue employees who are members of the Public Employees’ Retirement Fund (PERF) may receive a phone call about their satisfaction with Indiana Public Retirement System (INPRS) and how INPRS can improve service.



The calls will come from The Farnsworth Group, an Indiana-based firm. Participation in the surveys is optional.
