Last day to register in LiveHealth Online for incentive drawing is Friday

Friday (March 17) is the last day for employees to enter the LiveHealth Online incentive drawing offered by Anthem, simply by signing up in LiveHealth Online. The promotion, offering 40 randomly selected LiveHealth Online members the opportunity to win a gift card to a retailer of their choice, is available to those already registered and anyone who registers through Friday (March 17).

LiveHealth Online can be used anywhere there is a computer or mobile device with a camera and internet access. Available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year, LiveHealth Online makes it even easier to see a doctor for certain health care needs such as headache, cough, cold, allergies or flu.

In addition to acute care services, LiveHealth Online Psychology offers convenient, discreet online visits with a therapist or psychologist to help with topics like stress, anxiety, depression, relationship or family issues and grief.

Services are available to all employees and their dependents regardless of benefits eligibility. For those covered by a Purdue health plan, visits are $49 for acute care services, $80 for a therapist visit and $90 for a psychologist visit before benefits are applied. More information on cost by plan can be found here.

More information on LiveHealth Online, including how to get started, can be found on the Benefits website.
