Human Resources welcomes two new HR consultants

Human Resources is pleased to introduce two new HR consultants. Janice Beaver and Laurie Brose filled existing vacancies to better support clients in a more efficient way.

HR consultants work to build and maintain credibility and constructive relationships across all organizational levels through collaboration between Human Resources and the colleges/units they support.

As a result of the addition of Beaver and Brose, the customer base of the HR consultants has been restructured. The current breakdown of consultant/area responsibility can be found on the Employee Relations website.

The consultant positions, which now include employees within Employee Relations (as all employee relations specialist are now categorized as HR consultants) in addition to the Office of Faculty Recruitment and Retention (OFRR) employees, continue as a cohesive, unified group that works to support employees, supervisors and faculty campus-wide. Pam Nesbitt, senior director, Human Resources, leads the group.
