Psychology Treatment and Research Clinic accepting adult clients

The Purdue Psychology Treatment and Research Clinic (PPTRC) within the Department of Psychological Sciences is accepting new adult clients.

Adults of all backgrounds who would like help in coping with stress, managing relationships, or finding ways to deal more successfully with psychological problems are eligible for services within the clinic. Clinic therapists have particular experience with treating depression, anxiety and emotional dysregulation. The clinic operates on a sliding-fee scale based on ability to pay.

Services are provided by advanced doctoral students in the clinical psychology program, which is accredited by the American Psychological Association. Therapists are trained in evidence-based techniques and are supervised by professors in the Department of Psychological Sciences, who are licensed by the State of Indiana.

Potential clients can expect to receive treatment in a safe, supportive and respectful environment that emphasizes collaboration between the therapist and client.
