The Purdue's Summer Transition, Advising and Registration (STAR) program, part of Student Success at Purdue, is well underway in welcoming the newest cohort of Boilermakers to college life. A photo gallery of STAR activities is available here.

More than 5,500 incoming students and their guests will spend a full day on the West Lafayette campus as part of this year's program, which started June 13 and runs through Friday (July 8). While students gather with peers in their college, meet their academic advisor and register for their fall courses, parents and other guests participate in STAR Parent & Family sessions, hosted by Purdue Parent & Family Connections
