Feedback sought on candidates for vice president for human resources position

Archived video is now available online from forums this week with two candidates for the position of vice president for human resources. Feedback on each candidate is requested via an online survey and will be accepted until noon Monday (Aug. 29).

The candidates and their video links:

* Lynda Dec, chief human resource officer at the University of Maine System. Dec is a senior-level manager with extensive experience in strategic human resource management including experience in labor relations, organizational change, compensation, acquisitions, benefits, training, employee development, employee relations, compliance, staffing and more.

* Denny Darrow, agency director of the Indiana State Personnel Department. Darrow is a human resources professional with 20 years of leadership experience including experience in compensation, benefits, organizational development, human resource business process re-engineering, HR business process solutions, HR executive leadership and more.
