Adult tennis programs available at Schwartz Tennis Center

Purdue's Schwartz Tennis Center will offer a workshop for adult beginner players from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Oct. 1 in addition to its fall programs that are now available, which include beginner and intermediate tennis clinics, doubles practice and group exercise.

The Oct. 1 workshop will provide an introduction to tennis basics (rally, ground strokes, volleys and serve), play, scoring and court positioning. The cost of attending the workshop is $48 including lunch.

Pre-registration for the workshop is required since only a limited amount of spots will be available. To register or for more information, contact Shelly Wild at wildr@purdue.edu.
