Study breaks to be available in Hicks Library

Purdue Libraries will host study breaks in Hicks Undergraduate Library starting Tuesday (April 26) that will include therapy animals, craft nights and other activities.

All events will be held in the Hicks common area.

The events will be:

* 6:45 to 7:45 p.m. Tuesday (April 26) -- Caring Paws, interact with therapy animals.

* 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday (April 27) -- "Blow Your Stress Away" with sidewalk chalk and bubbles.

* 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday (April 28) -- Create your own stress ball at craft night and enjoy the popcorn bar.

* 3 to 4 p.m. Friday (April 29) -- Fabulous Friday craft night sponsored by Purdue LGBTQ Center.

* 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Monday (May 2) -- "Blow Your Stress Away" with sidewalk chalk and bubbles.

* 6:45 to 7:45 p.m. Tuesday (May 3) -- Caring Paws, interact with therapy animals.

*  7 to 8 p.m. Wednesday (May 4) -- Therapy Dog International, interact with therapy animals.

*  6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday (May 5) -- "Bury Your Stress" and popcorn bar.

Other activities will take place at Hicks on an ongoing basis during the two weeks of Study Breaks. They include Lego building, games, coloring stations, plants, bubble wrap and snacks.
