Meeting set to begin planning Homecoming 2016

Organizers of Homecoming 2016 will have a meeting May 18 to begin planning the weekend's events. This year’s Homecoming will be on Oct. 15 in conjunction with the Iowa football game.

Colleges, schools, departments and other units are invited to send a representative to this meeting at 9 a.m. in Dauch Alumni Center, Room 2205.

The meeting's tasks are to evaluate last year's Homecoming and provide guidance to the smaller, hands-on Homecoming construction team. The larger committee will reconvene two weeks before Homecoming to coordinate final plans.

Those who plan to attend should RSVP to the Office of Special Events at specialevents@prf.org. Anyone who is interested in being on the committee but cannot attend the meeting may contact Special Events to receive updates.
