'Bayou Blues Blast' to feature food, beer, music in John Purdue Room

A sweet Southern evening is in store April 29 as the John Purdue Room presents "The Bayou Blues Blast" with four food stations, four beer pairings and music by Queen Delphine and the Crown Jewels.

Reservations are advised for the event, which will be at 5:30-7:30 p.m. The cost is $40 per person, and reservations can be made at 765-494-6845 or jpr@purdue.edu. Patrons must be at least 21 years old. The John Purdue Room is in Marriott Hall.

The event is organized by the School of Hospitality and Tourism Management with People's Brewing Co. of Lafayette.
