Request for Estimate Form required to reserve bus services through Express Air Coach

Effective Jan. 1, West Lafayette-based Express Air Coach (EAC) handles all Purdue bus services.

As a reminder, all those wishing to reserve bus services must completely fill out and submit the Request for Estimate Form or have the accounting information on hand at the time the reservation is made. Without this information, the trip will not be confirmed or reserved. Each area’s business office will have the necessary information if it is not known offhand. If questions arise or additional information is needed in filling out the form, email charters@expressaircoach.com for assistance.
