Office of the Executive Vice President for Research and Partnerships to hold Education and Outreach Expo

October 6, 2015

Faculty and staff are invited to the Office of the Executive Vice President for Research and Partnerships' second biennial Education and Outreach Expo at 12:30-2:30 p.m. Tuesday (Oct. 6) in Stewart Center, Rooms 302-306.

"Today's highly competitive funding environment demands that Purdue faculty have innovative and compelling educational components as well as outstanding science," says Jeff Bolin, associate vice president for research. "Our office is pleased to sponsor the expo as a way to energize these critical potential partnerships."

Faculty and staff can visit expo booths and talk informally with representatives of campus programs that could serve as outreach and education partners. Grant writers from the Office of the Executive Vice President for Research and Partnerships and PreAward Center specialists also will be on hand to answer questions on proposal preparations and submissions. All are welcome to drop by booths at any point during the two-hour expo.

A virtual Rolodex of education and outreach partners is at http://catalog.e-digitaleditions.com/i/256966. A flier for the expo is available here.
