Nominations for Community Spirit Award being accepted

August 28, 2015

Purdue employees whose volunteer efforts help strengthen the local community are eligible to receive the annual Community Spirit Award, presented jointly by APSAC and CSSAC. Nominations will be accepted through Sept. 18.

The Administrative and Professional Staff Advisory Committee and the Clerical and Service Staff Advisory Committee created the award in 2011. The Community Spirit Award is given annually to an A/P or C/S staff member who sets a high standard for service, encourages a sustained commitment to civic participation, and inspires others to make service a central part of their lives. The award strives to honor those individuals who volunteer their time to improve our community and lives of those in it.

The online nomination form can be found at www.purdue.edu/apsac
