PEAP sets bus trips to Nashville (Indiana), Chicago

The Purdue Employees Activity Program, a subcommittee of the Clerical and Service Staff Advisory Committee, is sponsoring bus trips in November to Nashville, Indiana, and in December to Chicago.

The Nashville trip on Nov. 1 will feature fall scenery and shopping in boutiques and art galleries. Nashville also is home to the Brown County Art Colony, which was established in the early 1900s. The bus is scheduled to leave the parking lot of Freehafer Hall at 8 a.m. and is scheduled to return about 7 p.m. A $22 pre-registration, which covers only transportation, is required. Registration deadline is Friday (Oct. 17).

PEAP's annual trip to Chicago will be Dec. 6. Participants can choose shopping on the Magnificent Mile or at Schaumburg's Woodfield Mall and IKEA. The bus is scheduled to leave the parking lot of Freehafer Hall at 8 a.m. and is scheduled to return approximately 9 p.m. Eastern time.

A $27 pre-registration is required. Registration deadline is Nov. 21.
